Hi all, I have a 1960 seamaster 14700 model. Watch runs really well but i notice if i try to manually wind watch turning crown clockwise it only moves 1 or 2 turns, then crown will not turn anymore, turns anti clockwise fine. Just a slight movement and it starts ticking away nicely.

My preference is to use the bi-directional settings but there are two options. Option one: rotates the watch clockwise for 2 minutes, then rests for 6 minutes, rotates the watch anticlockwise for 2 minutes, then rests for 6 minutes. This cycle then repeats itself.
